Three New Trustees Join Community Foundation Board

The Findlay-Hancock County Community Foundation has announced the addition of three new persons on its Board of Trustees. John Koehler, Patty Lucas and Kim Stumpp have all been added to the board roster.

Koehler is Of Counsel at Eastman & Smith, Ltd. Lucas is retired from the banking industry and teaches at the University of Findlay. Stumpp is the Director of Client Relations and Marketing at Consortia Consulting.

The Board officers for 2017-2018 will be: Gwen Kuenzli, Chairperson; Michael Wilder, Vice Chairperson; Garry Peiffer, Treasurer; and Sherri Garner Brumbaugh, Secretary. Other trustees include Gary Wilson and Paul Worstell.

The Community Foundation Board of Trustees is a nine-member volunteer board which is responsible for the policy-making and oversight of the foundation's operations, protecting the long-term interest and growth of the foundation's charitable funds and making final decisions on all grant awards. Each board member serves a five-year term, and may serve up to two full terms.
